This policy is written to align with Shopify requirements and applies only to physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
